How To Become a Patient at Redwood Behavioral Health:

1. Initial Phone Consultation:

   • Get to know you: A complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to understand your needs and discuss how we can help.

2. Working with Our Billing Platforms:

   • At RBH, we partner with three different billing platforms (Alma, Headway, and Grow Therapy) to accommodate a variety of insurance plans. During our initial consult, we will help determine which biller is compatible with your insurance.

3. Consent Forms:

   • You will receive two sets of consent forms: one from our electronic health platform, Osmind, and another set from the billing platform that will handle your insurance.

4. Providing Previous Health Documents:

   • Please provide any diagnostic tests or lab work related to your mental health issue that you may have. These can be sent to us via fax at 415-612-8607 to ensure we have all relevant information for your care.
